Phoenix
Phoenix, known as the Valley of the Sun, is the seventh largest city in the nation. The hub of the rapidly growing Southwest, it is Arizona’s capital and county seat. It is located 111 miles North from Tucson. Phoenix has a population of almost 1,500,000 residents (2004) and a labor force of more than 850,000 (2004).
